Born from the close collaboration over recent years between Pazo de Rubianes and Los Peperetes, this innovative product combines the craftsmanship of both brands.
At Los Peperetes, we prepare the sea bass with the utmost care, manually removing bones and skin to achieve meticulous cleaning of the fillets. We then lightly cook the fish to achieve the desired tenderness before neatly packing the fillets into the can.
In this case, the added broth is a delicate green sauce made in the traditional way with Albariño wine from the vineyards of Pazo de Rubianes, garlic, onion, parsley, and spices. The result is a dish ready to be enjoyed directly from the can, featuring an incredible texture and the unmistakable aromas of the award-winning Albariño from Pazo de Rubianes.
