Order confirmation
Once the purchase has been made, an email will be sent to you with the summary of the order: reference number, date, articles, breakdown, etc…
Shipping costs
Shipping costs have additional costs, depending on the method of transport and the place of destination, which you can see reflected in your shopping cart at every moment.
Shipments outside the EU may incur additional Customs clearance costs in the country of destination.

Delivery term
The delivery time may vary depending on the method of transport and the place of destination. For shipments in mainland Spain, delivery will be made in 24/48 working hours. For shipments in the European Union, the delivery time can be between 3 and 7 days depending on the country of destination.
In any case, if the merchandise cannot be served within a maximum period of 30 days, you can choose to terminate the contract by using your right of withdrawal.
Returns & Exchanges
You can request the exchange or return of any item purchased through our website within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt without any type of penalty or justification.
In order to make use of the right of withdrawal, you must access the corresponding section in your account.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised when the items you wish to return are in good condition, have not been used and have the original packaging and labelling.
Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised, we will refund the amount paid for the returned items within a maximum period of 14 calendar days and through the same payment method used for your payment. In order to meet this deadline, it is necessary that the returned items are back in our warehouse or that you can prove, by means of a delivery note from the transport company, that you have already sent them.
The partial return of an order is not possible, except in cases as stipulated by the European Commission.
You must assume, in any case, the costs of the return.
You must pack the items in the same or similar packaging in which you received them, and include a copy of the return slip or original order.

If the item is not available, we will offer you, without increasing the price, one with similar characteristics.
Guarantee
You have the legal guarantee that, in the event that the products are defective and it is necessary to repair, replace or refund them, we will seek the best solution to be able to dispose of them in optimal conditions or return them.
Promotions.
The return of the items entails the loss of the promotion that had been applied to the order.

There may be a slight difference between the image and the actual item due to photo quality.
Conflict resolution
For the resolution of conflicts, the parties submit, waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of Vilagarcía de Arousa.
