Sea bass is a semi-fatty white fish that contains high-quality proteins. At Los Peperetes, we prepare this prized fish fresh, with the utmost care, manually removing bones and skin to achieve meticulous cleaning of the fillets. We then lightly cook the fish to achieve the desired tenderness before neatly packing the fillets into the can. The fish is then drizzled with olive oil with a slight touch of garlic before sealing the can.
