Small Sardines in Olive Oil have been part of Los Peperetes since the very beginning and remain one of the great classics of our collection.
Our sardines are carefully selected from the finest catches, harvested at dawn using traditional and sustainable fishing methods. They are chosen at the precise moment when their fat content is at its peak, ensuring exceptional flavour and texture.
Once delivered to our cannery, each sardine is cleaned and prepared entirely by hand before being carefully arranged one by one into the tin.
Preserved in premium olive oil, these small sardines offer a rich, delicate flavour and the unmistakable character of traditional Galician conservas. Naturally rich in omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins, they combine exceptional quality with remarkable nutritional value.
