Ventresca (tuna belly) is the most prized and coveted cut of the Almadraba Bluefin Tuna. Crafted using ancestral methods and with the dedication and loving care of our artisans’ expert hands, each tin is a small gastronomic masterpiece.

Its high degree of marbling provides an intense, sophisticated flavor and an incomparably buttery texture that sets it apart from other cuts. Its succulent flesh and delicate layers make this the true jewel of Bluefin Tuna.

Upon receiving the tuna at our facility, we remove the belly and cook it with precision to retain its juiciness. We then clean and separate each fillet by hand, placing them one by one into the tin and covering them with the finest olive oil to enhance their excellence.

Our Bluefin Tuna Ventresca in olive oil is the result of a strict selection of wild fish, caught using the ancient, sustainable Almadraba method.
