This is the typical preparation of steamed mussels. Accompanied only with water and salt, this recipe allows you to enjoy the flavor of mussels in all their essence.

The mussel is cooked and washed. Subsequently, a manual cleaning is applied to remove beards. It can be enjoyed directly from the can cold or heated briefly in a water bath before opening.

Our mussels are covered by the  DOP “Mexillón de Galicia” which certifies their quality and exclusively Galician origin, from the rafts of our estuaries.

Mejillón (molusco-bivalvo), agua y sal. Puede contener trazas de pescado y moluscos.

Se pueden consumir a temperatura ambiente o calentarlos al baño maría antes de abrir. Ideales para disfrutar al natural o para acompañar en tus recetas. Conservar en lugar fresco y seco. Una vez abierto, mantener refrigerado y consumir antes de 3 días.
