Our razor clams in garlic are harvested along the sandy shores of the Costa da Morte in northern Galicia, where expert free divers gather some of the region’s finest shellfish. Within hours, they arrive at our facilities to be gently cooked, carefully cleaned, and meticulously prepared entirely by hand.
Each razor clam is delicately trimmed and individually placed into the tin before being complemented with a subtle garlic-infused olive oil that enhances its natural flavour without overpowering its delicate character.
