Our razor clams from the Galician Rías are harvested along the sandy shores of the Costa da Morte in northern Galicia, where expert free divers gather some of the region’s finest shellfish.
Just hours later, they arrive at our facilities to be gently cooked, carefully shelled, and meticulously cleaned entirely by hand. Each razor clam is then graded by size and placed individually into the tin.
Preserved in a delicate natural broth, they retain the pure, unmistakable flavour of Galician razor clams.

We recommend enjoying them straight from the can after chilling them slightly on a bed of crushed ice. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
