Handcrafted in Chantada from raw milk produced by free-range Jersey cows, Airas Moniz butter is renowned for its extraordinary creaminess and deep golden colour.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"777\" data-end=\"1065\">After being carefully cooked to preserve its delicate texture and natural succulence, the ventresca is gently covered with melted butter.
